Elle advocates for sex workers and survivors of exploitation, with special attention to those in Oregon, while also engaging with global conversations.
She is a queer, polyamorous parent, and she lives with autism, ADHD, and CPTSD.
Elle strives to be trauma-informed and grief-literate, embracing a lifelong learning approach.
In her role as an educator and event organizer, she partners with therapists, mental health specialists, and harm reduction professionals, including EMTs, counselors, and crisis teams.
The Oregon Safer Workers Coalition (OSWC) tackles issues of economic and health disparities among sex workers and trafficking survivors, focusing on vulnerable populations through harm reduction, advocacy, research, and education.
They work to counteract whorephobia, sex-negative stigma, and victim blaming. Elle also coordinates monthly meetings for sex workers past or present.
She is developing a specialized course on STIs/HIV.
