The Imperial is famous for being the filming location of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, so it has some deep roots in queer culture, with a huge ‘pull’ for the local trans community. The venue hosts live drag every week from Wednesday to Sunday.
Sydney is not short of venues where you can mix and mingle with the trans community. But are you going to pull in them?
